I would have given 5 stars but, my loan processor should have paid more attention to the 2-1 rate buy down promotion. He should have let me know ahead that I am not qualified for that promotion so that I could put more money down to qualify for freddie mac mortgage . and I could have saved 5000 per year on interests. Other than that, great customer service and everything got done on timely fashion. I am still disappointed on the 2-1 rate buy down promotion.
